If we decide to move forward, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any creative work begins (such as sketching or layout planning). Work will not start until this deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due upon completion—either at the time of in-person delivery or before shipping.

Additional figures, intricate backgrounds, or highly specific requests may increase the final price. An exact quote will be provided and agreed upon before work begins.
